How ebooks work
Instant delivery. Right after your payment you get a Download button on the order page, and the same link by email.
Your personal link. Each download link belongs to your order only. It works for 30 days after purchase and up to 10 downloads. Please don't share it. Ebooks are for your personal use and may not be copied, shared or resold.
All ebook sales are final. An ebook can't be returned once it's delivered, so we don't offer refunds for ebooks you changed your mind about. You agree to this with the checkbox at checkout.
If something is wrong, we'll make it right. If the file won't open, is damaged, you got the wrong book, you were charged twice, or the email never arrived, contact us at [email protected] and we'll fix it, send a new link or refund you. Please reach out to us first. We're happy to help.
Fraud protection. To protect against card fraud and unauthorized chargebacks, we keep a record of your checkout agreement and of each download (date, time, email address and internet address). This record is only used to verify orders and respond to payment disputes.
